- 1 Tablespoon Fennel Seed
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Tarragon
- 2 Tablespoons Rosemary
- 2 Tablespoons Savory
- 2 Tablespoons Thyme
- 2 Tablespoons Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Marjoram
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon Chervil
- 1 Teaspoon Mint
- 1 Teaspoon Lavender
- 1 Teaspoon Bay Powder
For The Canadian Steak Spice
Instructions
- Using a Mortar and Pestle, grind the rosemary and fennel seed well, then crush each of the other herbs a bit to help release oil for added flavor.
- Mix all of the herbs together, store in a sealed, dry container until ready for use.
