Instructions
In a small bowl mix the cream cheese, dill and lemon juice thoroughly.
Spoon 1/4 Ounce of the cream cheese mixture into each Vol Au Vent shell.
Roll a small piece of smoked salmon into a cone shape, and press the tip of the cone down into the cream cheese.
Spoon 1/2 Tablespoon black caviar on top of the salmon.
Garnish with a small sprig of dill.
